I am sure we all have those people who come into our life and all they speak about for hours on end is their own problems, what is happening in their life .. they never seem to give but only take .... the friendship seems very one-sided, You wouldn't mind if it was balanced and you could have a laugh ....
This is because you are a LIGHTWORKER ...... aware of those around you on many levels ..... You have a wisdom, a knowledge that seems beyond the norm.. you know what is going on before it happens, you know what has been happening even though no one has told you about it ... you can feel what is going on within everyone else , it is like you are a sponge of everyone else's information ...... You need to find a way to find balance within your life ...

This card also arrives when you find yourself sensitive to foods, nutrition... when you are being harsh on self because of what you are eating ? This card may remind you to make sure you are being healthy in your eating, that means eating the right type of foods that are perfect for who you are....... Maybe it is time to see a Nutritionist, a Doctor, a naturopath ...... some one who can advise you on the food types that are suitable for you ... maybe you want to try eating for your Blood Type ...... Peter D'Amo 's Book is one I can recommend .........
You may not believe it over time since I have been working with this book Eating for your Blood Type I have lost 30 Kilos ..... in the last couple of months I have lost 10 kilos .... maybe a little more ..... This is changing my attitude in the way i see food and the way I treat myself while I eat ..... What ever I decide to eat, I eat because I enjoy it ... not because It is forbidden ........ and over time I found there were foods that no longer interested me generally ....
Chocolate .. I would eat so much of it , sneaking it ... and enjoying at certain times a stash fill.... now because I allow myself it without being harsh .. I enjoy a piece or two and that is it ..I no longer desire to eat a full cake of chocolate ..... especially during my Moon Time .... where it as got to the stage where I can't truly be bothered eating it .....I will buy a bar thinking I desire it .. I take a mouthful and give the rest to the children instead of hiding it for later to have with my coffee .....
EXPLOSION ....
This card speaks of the build of the intensity until it explodes ........ ..... It is beyond any sensation that can be described ...... This is the Red of the base Chakra moving ahead through to the Sacral Chakra ... a Sexuality that is incredible on so many levels .....
This card may arrive when you have found yourself unable to remove the debris, the blocks from you Sacral Chakra ... You find yourself closed off from who you are on so many levels..... .... Time to awaken .....
